Championship Prep Clinic (with Drew Loy)
Championship season is here and this clinic is built to help your swimmer show up ready to swim fast when it matters most.
We’ll break down exactly how to prepare for a championship meet, then work with each athlete to identify the single most impactful adjustment they can make right now to drop time, whether that’s race strategy, turns, underwaters, starts, mindset, or execution under pressure.
Every swimmer leaves with a clear plan, specific focus points, and practical steps to apply immediately in training leading into their championship meet.

At SwimAcademy, we believe in helping swimmers take the learning experience past a weekend clinic, and into every day practice. After the clinic, each swimmer will receive a SwimAcademy Bag Tag that we will use as a group to take notes on exactly what to focus on the for next 6-8 weeks in training!
