About the event
SwimAcademy is back in Austin for our Starts & Early Race Speed Clinic! We are going to cover exactly how to be explosive off the blocks, as well as how to carry that speed effectively through Underwater Kicks and a clean Breakout. Holding on to speed early in the race is one of the most impactful ways you can improve your entire race! Excited to see you there!

At SwimAcademy, we believe in helping swimmers take the learning experience past a weekend clinic, and into every day practice. After the clinic, each swimmer will receive a SwimAcademy Bag Tag that we will use as a group to take notes on exactly what to focus on the for next 6-8 weeks in training!
